Shipping Destinations We currently ship within India only.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 2-3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Time Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.

Made-to-Order Pieces Some items are crafted only once you order them. These are marked Made to Order on the product page and are dispatched within 10–14 days. Because each piece is woven, printed or finished by hand, this allows our artisans the time the work deserves. You will receive an email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Shipping Charges Complimentary shipping on all orders above ₹3,000. Orders below this carry a flat shipping charge, shown at checkout.

Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

Delays Neeti S Sud is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control. However we will do our best to keep you informed.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of placing the order. We are unable to redirect orders once dispatched.
