Refund Policy
At Neeti S Sud, each piece is handcrafted with care and made to the highest standards of quality.
As a small, independent brand rooted in artisan craftsmanship, we do not offer returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and dispatched.
Exception — Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shop@neetissud.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photograph of the defect or damage
Once your claim is reviewed and validated, we will share a return address with you. Please ensure:
- The item is unused and in its original packaging
- It is shipped back within 7 days of claim approval
- You share the return tracking number with us at shop@neetissud.com
Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the defect is confirmed on our end, in which case we will reimburse the shipping cost.
Upon receiving the returned item, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
All sales are final unless the product is defective or damaged on arrival.
